The Fine Print

Website hosting accounts are automatically upgraded when they reach one or more of the package limits and a pro rata rate for that package will be applied for the month.

As we are a WordPress specialist, our web servers are configured for optimal performance of the WordPress platform. We no longer offer web hosting packages suitable for other content management systems and HTML hard coded sites.

All of our hosting accounts come with business hours (9am – 5pm Mon – Fri AEST) phone tech support, or outside of hours support can be requested via email support@sbim.com.au.

We also offer a Security, Backup, Maintenance and Performance package. This is an optional add on for any client but is mandatory for any client that has their site hosted on our server. We take security very seriously and client sites that are not properly secured and monitored are a risk to all the sites on the server. The security, backup, maintenance and performance package is only $59 per month (ex GST) (billed quarterly). You can read more about this service here.
