SBIM Email Communication

The first of the 2014 email communications has just been sent out to all our valuable customers and contacts.  In the past our email communication was broken down into service groupings.  For example Google Adwords clients received emails regarding online advertising news; SEO clients would receive news on SEO etc etc.

This system has worked well over the last 5 years in that our communication was highly targeted and relevant to each client – however…  This system worked fine when our client base was small, our service offering was limited to just a few key services and each of our clients was receiving a single service.

Fast forward now to 2014 and our business is very different and the way we service our clients is also very different.  As our client’s businesses grow, so do their online marketing needs and the number and variety of online marketing services required also changes.

Over the past year a new client of SBIM will on average now be engaged in 4 integrated service offerings (eg. website development, hosting, SEO and Google Adwords).  This means that we need to be communicating on a larger range of services and topics with our clients which means our targeted list method is no longer efficient.

So what does all this mean to you?

From March onwards, all of our various email lists have been combined so all clients and contacts will be receiving the same regular email communication. For some of you this may be the first time you’ve seen one of our emails, whilst for some it will be familiar territory. Either way, we hope that you get some value and enjoyment out of our emails and we look forward to servicing your online marketing needs.
